چکیده
Uterine natural killer (uNK) cells, a specific type of (NK) are important cells at the foeto-maternal interface in humans as well mice. uNK part innate lymphoid group 1. Especially mouse, but also rat, many vivo studies have been performed to evaluate role placental development. These shown that not indispensable pregnancy, they play an optimal decidual angiogenesis early trophoblast invasion and spiral artery remodelling mouse placenta. Based on studies, various vitro immunohistological human placenta from elective abortions, similar functions In present narrative review, development rat will be discussed first. Thereafter, reviewed these light knowledge cells.

Background: Pregnancy is one of the changer agents for defensive cells, however it is unknown the effect of the ethanolic extract of the Salvia officinalis on the uterine Natural Killer cells population in the pregnant mice that needs to be investigated. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the ethanolic extract of the Salvia officinalis on the uterine Natural Kill...

results the ovarian hormones level showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05). furthermore, the unk cell population showed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). conclusions increased ovarian hormones due to low-dose aspirin administration resulted in decline in the unk cells number, which may be effective in successful pregnancy....
متن کاملUterine natural killer cells initiate spiral artery remodeling in human pregnancy.
Uterine spiral artery remodeling is required for successful human pregnancy; impaired remodeling is associated with pregnancy complications, including late miscarriage, preeclampsia, and fetal growth restriction. The molecular triggers of remodeling are not known, but it is now clear that there are "trophoblast-independent" and "trophoblast-dependent" stages. Uterine natural killer (uNK) cells ...
متن کاملHuman and murine inhibitory natural killer cell receptors transfer from natural killer cells to target cells.
Intercellular transfer of proteins across the immunological synapse is emerging as a common outcome of immune surveillance. We previously reported that target-cell MHC class I protein transfers onto natural killer (NK) cells expressing cognate killer Ig-like receptors (KIRs). We now show that, for both murine and human cells, target cells expressing inhibitory MHC class I ligands acquire cognat...
متن کاملPositional Relationship between Natural Killer Cells and Distribution of Sympathetic Nerves in Decidualized Mouse Uterus
Background: Uterine natural killer (uNK) cells are the most abundant leukocytes in pre-implantation endometrium and early pregnancy deciduas in humans and rodents. They are associated with structural changes in maternal spiral arteries but regulation of their re-cruitment and activation is incompletely understood. The major subpopulation of uNK cells in humans expresses CD56, the neural cell ad...
